This discipline refers to understanding how to set and accomplish goals that are exciting and motivating. It also dives into understanding obstacles, excuses, and limiting beliefs while developing problem-solving skills and strategies to overcome them. Finally, Positive Plan delves into budgeting and a basic overview of financial responsibility creating a 360° executive function overview and strategy.

Positive Mind

The mind is the most powerful muscle in the human body. It has the power to influence how we feel, what we think, and how we react and respond. Positive Mind addresses how thoughts and beliefs not only impact how one feels about the world, but how they feel about themselves in the world. The mind can be trained to replace negative and limiting thoughts with positive and affirming beliefs. Through gratitude, imagination, and emotional intelligence, students can begin to harness their personal power and mental strength to take control of the life they are living.

Positive Soul aims to help one live a more peaceful and authentic life. Through research, expert insights, and thoughtful exercises, students will learn tools for stress management, finding peace, making intentional and thoughtful decisions, and becoming their authentic selves. Building on the work done in Positive Awakening, Positive Soul focuses on living a more present life by responding with intention and thoughtfulness. This self-awareness is the next step to becoming the best version of yourself.

Positive Awakening

Positive Awakening addresses the journey to self-fulfillment (finding happiness, satisfaction, and completion from within and not from outside sources). The Positive Awakening aims to teach optimism, self-esteem, self-love, and self-confidence through understanding areas of opportunity, strength, growth, and working on how to control and understand what drives our beliefs. No matter what stage of the Positive Awakening journey, these exercises and insights address life-long opportunities for growth, acceptance, and peace. Through research, expert insights, and thoughtful exercises, students will learn tools to help understand where there is room for improvement and where there is unfounded strength. This is the first step toward the journey to fulfillment, peace, and positivity.
