To Whom It May Concern,
We could not be happier with the results we have been seeing in our young adult. Positive Presence has helped not just our young adult, but our family. We have been able to move from “rules to relationship” with her. Positive Presence is the voice we needed to help her move into Adulting 101 and for us to move into having a healthier relationship with her.
I am absolutely thrilled!
I see her thriving, smiling and laughing much more. She is developing an awareness of money management and budgeting. She is setting healthy boundaries for herself and towards others. She is becoming more balanced emotionally and mentally. Her coach has helped minimize our young adults feeling of being overwhelmed with a new life of adult responsibilities. She is providing our young adult with life skill tools on how to manage everyday life. We could have said it all, but hearing it from a Positive Presence coach has been a game changer. Positive Presence is the objective voice that helps supports both client and family.
The Positive Presence coach is available to her and to me. I receive return calls or texts within a few hours. We work together on helping our young adult be the best version of herself. Every penny spent has been a true investment with 100% return.
Lastly, are so grateful to Positive Presence for skillfully matching up our young adult with her coach. It was a perfect fit. We see the caring relationship between the two of them. They were carefully paired and it shows.
I understand the need for constructive criticism however, really, we have not had a bad experience from any aspect of Positive Presence. The coaching, the intake, the financial aspect has all run smoothly. We have nothing to critique and I do tell people about our positive experience with you. You have been a God sent!
